Our House Cafe and Restaurant in Lancaster

The crepes are delicious. My wife went with the western, I always go with the Oyler. Savory or sweet you can't really go wrong. We've been doing takeout lately and they don't lose anything! Well...maybe the coffee is missing in a big mug

First timers and disappointed. It's ok that we had someone new and that she didn't get my order correct. These things happen. During the end of our visit my daughter was cut by a piece of broken glass. That situation was handled badly. Glass and water left to lay for a few minutes. I had to ask for towels for the blood and for a band aid. The manager on duty, Emily, really made me feel like we were a nuisance. She was right there when the whole thing happened. I had to call her over. She didn't seem to care what happened. They offered to pay our meal, which in all honesty didn't make me feel any better. We were there for a Girl Scout fundraising event so I still paid my bill.

I live right down the street, so I was thrilled to death when this second shop opened! During peak times, it can get full really quickly...but the dessert crepes are so worth it! Throw a few baby hashbrowns on the side and you have an incredible breakfast. I'm also a huge fan of their chais. All over amazing cafe!

First time here, and I loved it! Delicious berry smoothie, and the crepes were outstanding. I got the Oyler (basically a loaded breakfast crepe) and the smoked salmon one (sort of like a gourmet bagel with lox). I'll definitely be returning!

Always great food and atmosphere and wait staff.

Would not allow us to push tables together for our family of 6. Kinda sad to split a family for what we thought was a special treat for a meal. 😥

This is my first experience at this Rachel's location. The food is excellent - which I knew already. The service was top notch - food was delivered quickly, and the server was quite friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Rachel's has a little something special for everyone. Fluffy crepes filled with breakfast, afternoon/evening fare, or desert goodies. Not interested in a crepe? Spectacular smoothies, tasty salads, and everything in between is available for foodies of all makes and models... meat eaters, veggie lovers, etc. And, everything is rounded out with friendly service in a relaxing environment. Give Rachel's a try (either in the city or on the pike). I've been to both and enjoyed both immensely. You can't really go wrong here, folks. Enjoy!

Only place we go for brunch when in Lancaster. My husband and I split the steak and eggs crepe with a side of hash browns then a turtle pecan crepe. The turtle crepe is really decadent and that's coming from someone who has a major sweet tooth.

Very good savory crepes, very fresh and quite filling.

I enjoyed both the nod to a French style bistro and the crepes. I wish they would add omelets to the menu for a lighter option.

Only a 3 star for the food. As to the customer service, that’s a 2/5. The employees aren’t that friendly and not very attentive. For three people on a Saturday, we waited for over 45 minutes. It’s too small for the amount of people who want to eat here. The wait for food was also over 45 minutes & it’s too expensive in my opinion. The food is not quite worth the wait, although it’s good, I wouldn’t wait that long for it again. If you have lots of spare time, this is a good day. Don’t make this an impromptu decision though.

Food was good. But service was lacking. Had to ask multiple times to have water and coffee refilled. And was never told there was fruit creps available. Didn't think to ask since most places have limited menu during the pandemic. I know all businesses are struggling during this time. I have been out to many local businesses trying to support them. With that being said I would think service would be top priority to have customers wanting to come back.

It gets a little crowded sometimes but they recently expanded the restaurant and now the wait time is never bad when I go. Crepes are incredible. Love the chai tea and hot chocolate. Nutella crepes are only $4. Everything is very fresh. Good service. Clean. Environmentally friendly. Good vegetarian and vegan options. They always have good seasonal specials.

This is my first time eating at this Rachel's cafe in this area. I got the ham and brie crepe which was delicious: my favorite go to dish here. I ordered the Nutella hot chocolate drink. It was hot which is how I like it and tasted good. For dessert I got the Dulce de Leche which was not that great. It tasted so bland with no flavor whatsoever. I thought it was going to be a cold dish, but actually it was a warm/hot dish instead. Overall, Rachel's had pretty good foods. Besides coming for the foods and drinks, it's definitely a place to come and hang out with whomever you like. There's definitely a lot of space so you could bring as many people you want. There's no reservations here so it's more like a first come first serve kind of basis. The people here are extremely kind and sweet. Totally recommend coming here.

I have never had crepes like this. It was huge enough for lunch and dinner. I had the "Cylo". The crepe was a little crispy and filled with pork. I loved it. My friend got the 'Death by chocolate" crepe. OMG, this crepe was wonderful for chocolate lovers!! Service was good and our server was very friendly.

We love Rachel's! This was the first time I've visited the new location and it was super nice. Sometimes, if it's really busy and not a season for outdoors seating, I struggle with feeling overcrowded in the primary cafe and I can see this newer location addressing that. Same great menu, and same great folks!

So nice to have the see they opened up this new location close to me. We have better parking and accessibility. I was hoping the wait time will be less but you guys are very popular and busy! Enjoyed the visit 👍🍁🍽☕️😀

The crepes are amazing and the service is very attentive even when they are busy. The espresso is nothing special but their espresso drinks are wonderful. I have been to both locations and while I prefer Lancaster's atmosphere, there is much more space and quieter at Richmond Square. Rachel's is by far my favorite lunch spot.

Service was a little bit slow and portions weren't as big as I'd thought, but it was still delicious for a quick weekend snack without having to drive all the way to Lancaster city.

Food was awesome. Best crepes we have ever had, and portions were large enough to fill one completely. I had the steak and egg, delicious, tasted 3 others, they were delicious as well. Great attentive staff, 5 stars for sure!!

Love the new place. Nice and roomy and clean. We had breakfast crepes and as always they were delicious. The chai tea was great too. I appreciate that they carry decaf.

One of my favorite places to go. No other crepe place compares. Wide selection to choose from and there smoothies are amazing. Both locations are great and always clean.

First time visiting, it was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the food was amazing. My daughter loved her fresh fruit dessert crepe!

All I can say is Yummy!!! We went on a Saturday and there was a 35 minute wait. The hostess will take your cell number and you can see your place in line while shopping in the cute plaza or walking. The food was amazing and even as busy as it was the wait staff was attentive and there to serve you. Don't expect some little crepe either. We ended up taking half our lunch home. As a result, we also took a dessert crepe home to share. The food is delicious and satisfying. The entrees are a beautiful blend of savory and sweet while the dessert is warm and sweet. Definitely worth the wait in the beginning!

We waited 1/2hr. It was to b 15-20min. Then they seated people b4 us when it was our turn. When we got our table, we waited another 15 - 20min.just to get waited on. The food was good, asked for water twice &, never got it.🤷‍♀️

Amazing crepes! Someone told us the location in downtown Lancaster can get pretty crowded, so we went to the one a few miles out of town. It was busy, but there was no wait. Their coffee list looked really good - they had a spicy nutella mocha that was particularly tempting- but we weren't in a coffee mood. My husband got a chocolate milk that I almost claimed for my own. I love places where adults can order chocolate milk without shame.

This place is simply amazing and we love their crepes! My favorite crepe is the Cali Chicken Cheesesteak but they are all good. I would eat here all the time if I could and I love that they opened a place in Richmond Square. So happy to have them in this area. Edit: They made Richmond even bigger and it is BEAUTIFUL! We went on a Saturday for lunch and didn’t even have to wait!

Nestled within a setting transporting you to Paris, Rachel's has taken a French classic and dressed it up with all kinds of flavors. Sure to find a crepe which suits the simplist to the most complex tastes. Clean, great facilities, easy access, affordable prices.

Great atmosphere! Quality food! Excellent service! We ordered the blackbird crepe which was very good but seemeda tad dry and a bit off. When we mentioned it they realized they forgot to add the sauce and not only made another one, but did not charge for either one.

Great food. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice outdoor Street view and had an overall pleasant experience. Definitely coming back!

I really enjoyed my time at Rachel's. The staff was outstanding and I can't say enough about the crepe. I had the turkey bacon crepe and it was delicious. Can't wait to go again.

Very nice we all enjoyed our crepes. Our server was attentive and courteous. We were able to sit and talk with out being rushed. We look forward to another visit for a desert creep

For the unprecedented times the pandemic of 2020 has presented us with, the creperie has it all worked out smoothly. The service was outstanding today Sunday June 14, 2020. We both had steak and egg crepes which were very large and filling. The food was also great tasting.
